Job Summary
The Sales Associatewill beresponsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company's furniture products
Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert enquiries/walk in customers intosales opportunities
Follow up on pending orders and payments
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups.
Prepare sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to track orders.
Follow up on delivery timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product demand.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3 - 4years' experience in sales (retail, furniture, interior décor, manufacturingpreferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Customer-focused with ability to close sales.
Proficiency in CRM tools is an added advantage
