Key Responsibilities
Specifically, the Sales Associate-Private Seller at Peach can expect to undertake the following elements:
Seller Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers through personalized communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth and positive selling experience.
Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end seller journey from initial contact to closing, ensuring all processes are executed in line with company standards and policies.
Seller Guidance & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, providing step-by-step guidance and addressing inquiries throughout the selling process.
Vehicle Listing & Pricing Support: Assist sellers in listing their vehicles effectively, including providing pricing guidance based on market trends to drive successful sales outcomes.
Negotiation & Closing Support: Coordinate negotiations and support the closing process to ensure accurate representation and successful transactions.
Customer Experience Excellence: Clearly communicate the selling process, educate sellers on platform features, and proactively resolve concerns or disputes to maintain high satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational or technical issues impacting sellers and ensure seamless service delivery.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance metrics related to seller activity and sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Must-Have Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer experience, or a related field
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and customer interactions
Strong customer relationship management skills, including handling inquiries and complaints
Proven ability to manage customer accounts or support customer success processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present information clearly and persuasively to customers
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience in automotive sales or a related industry
Background in retail sales or high-volume customer-facing roles
Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
