Duties:
Identifying and targeting potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead-generation activities .
Educating prospective customers on the value of the company's solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Proactively receiving, reviewing, and processing client RFQs and tender documents.
Drafting, preparing, and submitting accurate, competitive, and professional quotations and proposals to clients within specified deadlines.
Conducting thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth . This also includes tracking and analyzing performance metrics such as user acquisition costs and customer engagement .
Collaborating with other units to ensure alignment on strategy and goals .
Requirements
Minimum of a HND / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred .
1 - 2 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or sales, ideally within a B2B sector . (However, more entry-level roles may consider candidates with at least 1 year of relevant, client-facing experience) .
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills .
Proven ability to generate leads, manage the full sales process, and close deals .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to inform strategy and decision-making .
A proactive, results-driven mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team .
