Key Responsibilities


Drive sales of estate properties and lands for development
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
Negotiate deals and prepare sales proposals and reports.

Requirements


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven sales/business development experience in real estate is an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
