Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Sales Clerk to support daily sales operations, attend to customers, and ensure proper record-keeping of sales transactions. The ideal candidate should have some sales experience and a good attitude toward customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and handle sales transactions
Issue receipts and ensure accurate cash handling
Arrange and display products neatly
Maintain daily sales records and inventory updates
Support stock control and replenishment activities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Assist in achieving daily sales targets
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
OND in any relevant discipline
1 - 3 years of experience in sales or retail operations
Basic knowledge of sales documentation is an advantage.
