Job Summary


We are looking for a passionate, fashion-forward, and results-driven Sales & Client Experience Officer to join the team and help create memorable experiences for customers while driving sales growth.
The Sales & Client Experience Officer will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, managing client relationships, and supporting the brand's online and in-store presence.
The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for fashion and retail, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content creation.


Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience:


Welcome and assist clients professionally both in-store and through online channels. Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences, lifestyle,and fashion needs.
Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat business and customerloyalty.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.


Social Media & Digital Engagement:


Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, including photos, videos,reels, and product showcases.
Support the execution of social media campaigns and promotional activities.
Contribute ideas for increasing online engagement, brand visibility, and customeracquisition.
Have a basic understanding of social media advertising and digital marketing strategies.


Store Operations & Merchandising:


Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store reflects the brand's standards.
Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and stock replenishment.
Monitor product availability and communicate inventory needs to management.
Process customer purchases, orders, exchanges, and other transactions accurately.
Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at alltimes.


Brand Representation:


Stay updated on fashion, beauty, and retail trends.
Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a professional appearance and positiveattitude.
Promote new arrivals, collections, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
Uphold the company's values, image, and customer service standards.


Requirements


2 - 3 years' experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related role.
Previous experience within the fashion, beauty, retail, or lifestyle industry is highlypreferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for fashion, beauty, and customer service.
Social media savvy with experience using Instagram, WhatsApp Business, TikTok, andother digital platforms.
Basic knowledge of content creation, social media marketing, and paid advertisements isrequired.
Ability to create engaging content using smartphones and social media tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Well-groomed, professional, and confident personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
