Sales Co-Ordinator Automotive / Manufacturing

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years' experience in sales administration or coordination. Supervisory exposure in automotive/heavy commercial vehicle spare parts is an advantage. Strong Excel, reporting, and CRM skills. Excellent customer service, communication, and follow-up skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines. Ability to coordinate effectively with sales and other internal departments. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and monitor sales activities. Track inquiries, quotations, orders, leads, and customer follow-ups. Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and maintain customer records. Prepare sales reports and monitor pending tasks and deadlines. Follow up on customer issues and coordinate resolutions. Coordinate with Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts to support smooth order processing. Support the CSO/HOD in monitoring sales performance and compliance with sales procedures.
