Where You'll Make an Impact:
Coordinate imported merchandise from order placement through to arrival
Track shipments, timelines, and import documentation
Ensure accuracy of product details, quantities, and pricing
Liaise effectively with suppliers, buyers, freight forwarders, and internal departments
Identify and resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or documentation
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or import environments
Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of import procedures and documentation
Nice to Have:
Prior experience in retail or import/export industries
