Your role
As a IAT Sales Engineer, (Industrial Air Technique)your primary responsibility from day one will be to drive sales of Atlas Copco compressed air solutions, including compressors, dryers, and related services.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role where success is measured by your ability to secure and convert customer orders on a monthly basis. You will report to the Business Line Manager, IAT.
Key Responsibilities
Actively identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for compressed air solutions
Deliver monthly order intake targets through consistent pipeline generation and conversion
Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and solution proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers and key accounts
Prepare and submit commercial and technical quotations
Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecast accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery

You have 3-4 years of experience, working as an Industrial equipment Sales Engineer
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience selling technical or industrial equipment (compressors preferred).
Strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and sustainable technologies.
Ability to perform basic life cycle cost analysis and explain energy saving benefits.
Proven ability to win capital equipment sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
