Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve assigned sales targets (volume, revenue, and margin) for the adhesives product range.
Identify, develop, and convert new customers and market opportunities across relevant industries
Execute sales plans aligned with unit and company growth objectives.
Grow wallet share within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
Customer & Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and decision-makers.
Understand customer processes, applications, and pain points to recommend appropriate adhesive solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-up to ensure timely conversion.
Product & Technical Support (Commercial Interface)
Develop strong working knowledge of Cormart's adhesives portfolio, applications, and competitive positioning.
Gather and relay customer feedback, market intelligence, and product performance insights.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates using approved CRM or reporting tools.
Prepare periodic sales reports, opportunity pipelines, and account updates for review.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
2 - 5 years of open-market sales experience, preferably in adhesives, coatings, or industrial materials.
