We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive (2-5 years experience) to convert marketing leads, drive LinkedIn outreach, and secure projects via Upwork and similar platforms. This role serves global clients, with a strong focus on the US & UK markets.


Key Responsibilities


Convert qualified marketing leads into paying clients.
Drive sales through LinkedIn outreach & Sales Navigator.
Win projects on Upwork and freelancing platforms.
Handle client discovery, negotiation, and deal closure.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline.
Work closely with the marketing team for better conversions.


Requirements


2-5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Strong LinkedIn sales experience (mandatory).
Upwork / freelancing platform experience (highly preferred).
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated & disciplined.
Willing to work from the Nairobi office with global teams.
