Responsibilities


Identify and contact potential customers to generate new business.
Present and promote products/services to customers in a clear, persuasive manner.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and customer feedback.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally and promptly.
Participate in promotional activities, field marketing, and product demonstrations.
Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and customer details.
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to improve brand visibility


Requirements


Strong communication and negotiation skills
Persuasive selling ability and confidence
Customer service orientation
Time management and organizational skills
Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines


Education and Experience:


OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1 - 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (entry level acceptable if well trained).
