Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and personable Sales Executive with a strong understanding of the real estate market to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and building lasting relationships that reflect our company's commitment to integrity, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities


Identify, generate, and follow up on sales leads for land and property offerings
Present, promote, and sell company properties to prospective individual and corporate clients
Conduct site inspections and property tours for interested clients
Provide clients with accurate information on property status, documentation, pricing, and payment plans
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts
Achieve and exceed set monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management
Negotiate terms of sale and facilitate the closing of property transactions
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging growth corridors within Abuja
Represent the company at property expos, marketing events, and client engagements
Collaborate with the marketing and documentation teams to ensure a smooth client experience from inquiry to acquisition
Provide after-sales support and maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals


Requirements & Qualifications


Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in real estate sales or a related sales role
HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong networking ability and a professional, client-focused approach
Proficiency in the use of digital tools/CRM software and social media platforms for marketing
Ability to work well within a team and independently
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Abuja
