Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the real estate sector or a closely related field.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels
Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients
Conduct property inspections and presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
Educational Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field
Experience:
2 - 4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Other Requirements:
Must be based in Lagos or willing to work from Victoria Island
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Immediate availability is an added advantage.
