Key Responsibilities:
Drive new and used vehicle sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
Manage the full sales process from prospecting, lead generation, test drives, and finance applications to delivery.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and market awareness.
Ensure showroom presentation and stock display standards are met.
Requirements:
Proven track record in motor vehicle sales (new and/or used).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Valid driver's license.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
