Job Summary


We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated sales executive to promote and sell the company's products and services, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and be resident in Abuja, Nigeria.


Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:


Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Identify and contact potential customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
Negotiate terms and successfully close sales deals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.


Market Research & Customer Engagement:


Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for business improvement.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry developments.


Events & Brand Promotion:


Attend trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events, and networking opportunities when required.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and public engagements.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.


Reporting & Documentation:


Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and transactions.
Update and manage customer information using CRM software such as HubSpot and related tools.
Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.


Collaboration:


Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
Must be a degree holder.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years' proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate Sales, or a related field.
Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot or similar platforms is an added advantage.
Must be resident in Abuja, Nigeria.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
