Key Responsibilities


Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and managing new and existing customers within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, construction, ports, and agribusiness sectors.
Promote and sell forklifts and material-handling equipment, achieving assigned monthly and annual sales targets for units and revenue.
Conduct regular client visits, site assessments, and operational needs analysis to recommend appropriate equipment models, capacities, and attachments.
Prepare and present professional commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders, and lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, financing options, and delivery schedules.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consultative selling, solution-based engagement, and consistent follow-ups.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline by updating CRM systems, tracking opportunities, forecasting sales, and reporting on performance and market activity.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform pricing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate closely with service and parts teams to ensure smooth equipment delivery, strong after-sales support, and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


Key Qualifications


Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in sales of industrial equipment, material-handling equipment, or other capital goods. Prior experience selling forklifts or warehouse equipment is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of forklift types and industrial applications.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented, professional, and customer-focused.
