This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in B2B sales, tender management, and solution-based selling, who thrives in a target-driven environment.


Key focus areas include:


Driving monthly revenue targets (minimum KES 5M)
Identifying, preparing, and successfully submitting tenders and prequalifications
Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Building strong relationships with corporate, government, and retail clients
Engaging vendors and distributors to stay current on pricing, certifications, and technical solutions
Preparing accurate sales pipeline, performance, and market reports


What we're looking for:


Minimum 2 years' experience in IT sales or a related commercial role
Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing tenders
Strong analytical, reporting, and client engagement skills
Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
