This role is ideal for a professional with a deep understanding of the construction chemicals ecosystem, who can confidently engage consultants, architects, engineers, EPC contractors, developers, and government bodies to influence product specifications, approvals, and procurement decisions.
The successful candidate will play a strategic role in:
Building and managing a strong pipeline of large-scale construction projects
Driving product specifications in BOQs and tender documents
Leading technical presentations, site demonstrations, and solution discussions
Managing key accounts and long-term client relationships
Collaborating with technical and distribution teams to ensure successful project execution
What we're looking for:
5 - 10+ years of experience in project sales within construction chemicals or related industries
Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, admixtures, repair solutions, grouts, sealants, and flooring systems
Proven track record of winning major government and private sector projects
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
