SALES AND CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Achieve monthly tractor sales targets.
Prepare and update daily sales and prospect reports using the sales tracker.
Attend regular sales meetings and provide updates on leads and prospects.
Collaborate with team members, offering support as needed.
Follow up with customers within 3 days of tractor delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Conduct a secondary follow-up one month post-delivery to resolve concerns.
Identify new prospects via cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
Respond promptly to leads from New Holland marketing, social media, and website.
Conduct machinery walkarounds and field demonstrations, especially for high-potential customers.
Stay informed about New Holland tractors, implements, and competitor products.
Monitor available stock and coordinate with inventory planning.
Adhere to sales processes, including documentation, inventory handling, and safety protocols.
SHOWROOM MANAGEMENT
Ensure the tractor showroom is clean, organized, and aligned with New Holland branding.
Display a comprehensive range of available tractor models and implements.
Maintain customer-facing materials (brochures, spec sheets, signage) in professional order.
PRE-DELIVERY & DOCUMENTATION
Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) and ensure all documentation is complete before handover.
Comply with Inchcape and New Holland dress codes and customer service standards.

About You
To be successful in this role, you would need:
Minimum bachelor's degree holder in a business-related field
Diploma in sales and marketing is an added advantage
2 years' Experience in agricultural machinery sales with notable sales record
Customer service training will be an added advantage
Strong Customer focus
Valid Driving License
High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential
Ability to meet deadlines and to work autonomously and as part of a team
