Bachelor's degree in business or related field.


Job Responsibilities:


Contacting potential and existing customers.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Research prospects and generating leads.
Establish new business.
Negotiate contracts and packages.
Analyze risks and opportunities.
Work towards monthly or annual targets.
Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Promote the organization and products.
Identify and understand the company's ideal customers and establish new business. Maintain accurate records.


Requirement & Skills:


Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Passion for sales and resilience.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Meet planned sales goals.
Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years cognate experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a paint industry.
