REQUIREMENTS:

Your Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years cognate experience as a Senior Sales Executive or relevant role. Paint sales experience is essential.


Job Responsibilities:


Contacting potential and existing customers.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Research prospects and generating leads.
Establish new business.
Negotiate contracts and packages.
Analyze risks and opportunities.
Work towards monthly or annual targets.
Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Promote the organization and products.
Identify and understand the company's ideal customers and establish new business.
Maintain accurate records.
