Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within Nairobi and its environs.
Drive aggressive and targeted sales initiatives to increase the number of guarding clients and deployed guards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and trends within the security industry.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and performance reports to management.
Contribute to the overall sales strategy, aiming to elevate the business to new levels of performance and profitability.
Maintain a strong, active pipeline of potential clients.
Requirements
Diploma in Forensic and Criminal Investigations, Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.
Must have experience working in the private security sector, preferably with a Tier 2 security guarding company.
Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or client acquisition specifically within the security industry.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Vibrant, confident, and highly self-motivated with the proven ability to perform effectively under minimal supervision.
Ability to consistently deliver measurable results in a fast- paced and competitive environment.
