Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive specializing in used vehicles. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our inventory of pre-owned vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our used vehicle inventory
Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers
Negotiate sales contracts and secure deals with customers
Work closely with the finance and insurance teams to finalize transactions
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on used vehicles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively persuade and influence customers
Knowledge of automotive sales techniques and principles
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
