Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored logistics solutions across sea freight, air freight, and cargo operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong industry knowledge and a proven ability to convert leads into sustainable business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development and revenue generation for WAC operations
Identify and secure new clients within the shipping, forwarding, and cargo sectors
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Promote APMDC's sea freight, air freight, and logistics solutions
Prepare and present commercial proposals and service offerings
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Key Requirements (Strictly Required)
Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding sales
Strong working knowledge of:
Sea Freight Operations
Air Freight Operations
Freight Forwarding Processes
Experience in cargo handling or cargo sales is a strong advantage
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism and market awareness.
Preferred Profile
Existing network within logistics, shipping, or import/export sectors
Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
