Key Responsibilities


Lead and manage a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Drive new business (B2B & B2C), focusing on highvolume clients
Lead negotiations for key accounts and strategic partnerships
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Ensure excellent customer experience and retention


Key Requirements


4 - 6 years' experience in logistics/courier/freight sales (Kenyan market)
At least 2 years in a supervisory role
Proven track record in business development and closing deals
Strong knowledge of logistics pricing models
Must have solid knowledge of courier services and CODs (Cash on Delivery)
