Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Sales Manager - Institution / Project Sales to lead sales activities focused on institutional clients and project-based opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive institutional and project sales growth.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within corporate, government, educational, healthcare, and other institutional sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and project quotations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and support sales team members to achieve performance goals.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in institutional sales, project sales, or business development.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
