We are looking for experienced and result-driven out-of-home sales managers to expand our market reach and drive for growth across the North region by effectively executing the company's sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify, approach and onboard potential customers in assigned locations.
Set clear KPIs.
Conduct regular market research to understand customers needs.
Promote and sell company products and services.
Provide customers with detailed information about product features, pricing and installation options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve personal and team sales targets.
Report sales activities and customer feedback accurately.
Requirements
HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing or customer-facing roles.
Sound knowledge of the Nigerian market ecosystem.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience managing a sales team.
Ability to work independently and outdoors for extended periods.
