Job Summary
Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expand market presence across SME and corporate segments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving the adoption of credit, mortgage, and lending solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within SME and corporate markets.
Promote and sell credit, mortgage, and lending products.
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
5 - 8 years sales experience, preferably in mortgage, credit, or lending services.
Proven experience in SME or corporate sales.
Strong negotiation, leadership, and business development skills.
