Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our New Vehicles department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturers
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team success
Work closely with the marketing department to create effective promotional campaigns
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
