Job Summary

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, expand market coverage, and manage distributor relationships for tomato paste and seasoning and Tomatoes products. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening market presence, and leading the sales team.

Responsibilities


Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets.
Lead annual sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the tomato and seasoning category.
Manage and expand distributor networks to ensure efficient route-to-market coverage
Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and major retail accounts.
Drive product distribution and availability across modern trade, general trade, and open markets.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market data, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Identify new market opportunities and expand into high-potential territories.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to inform business decisions.
Prepare and present sales performance reports and insights to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, distributor performance, and market execution.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 6-10 years of FMCG sales experience.
At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven experience in food products, tomato paste, or seasoning categories.
