RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify new sales opportunities through active lead generation, cold calling, and professional networking to expand the client base.
Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans to promote building products in line with company objectives and market trends.
Actively track and engage new clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct professional presentations and present formal offers and proposals to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and business agreements to secure successful deals.
Build and maintain long-term client loyalty through proactive relationship management and excellent service.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 3-4 years in construction materials (specifically steel, cement, or hardware; excludes tiles, paints, or sanitary ware).
Industry Focus: Deep knowledge and an established network within the steel and cement sectors.
Traits: Dynamic, high-energy, and proactive approach to field sales.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a significant bonus.
Languages: Full fluency in English and Kiswahili;
proficiency in Hindi or Gujarati is an added advantage.
Core Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and lead pipeline tracking.
Mindset: Results-oriented and self-driven to meet aggressive targets with minimal supervision.
