About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and strengthen client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the organization\'s customer base.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Promote the organization\'s products and services through both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage the organization\'s social media presence and support digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate promotional activities, events, and corporate outreach programs.
Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports, including pipeline updates and performance analysis.
Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.


Requirements


Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years\' experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and relationship management abilities.
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
