Sales & Marketing Lead at Mayluv World

Mayluv World seeks to hire a highly skilled, hands-on, and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Lead to spearhead our Sales & Marketing department. This is not an administrative or purely supervisory role. We are looking for an experienced "player-coach" who will take complete ownership of the sales team's performance, lead by example and actively drive revenue.

The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in consultative selling (understanding client spaces, style preferences, measurements, and budgets) and be proficient in modern retail strategies, including social media and digital sales channels. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales targets and daily execution, eliminating the need for senior management to micromanage basic sales functions.
