Summary


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition, business development, and brand visibility in Lagos.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to convert leads into loyal customers.


Key Responsibilities


Generate new retail and corporate sales opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with individual and business customers.
Promote the company's products, offers, and services across multiple channels.​​​​​​​
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.​​​​​​​
Execute sales and marketing campaigns to achieve revenue targets.​​​​​​​
Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain an accurate customer database.​​​​​​​
Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure excellent customer experience.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.​​​​​​​
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing.​​​​​​​
Strong negotiation and communication skills.​​​​​​​
Proven ability to meet sales targets.​​​​​​​
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.​​​​​​​
Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce is desirable.
