Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the FMCG sector, strong selling skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Identify and pursue new business and sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, distributors, and other business partners.
Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, visibility, and competitor activities.
Ensure products are adequately stocked and well displayed at retail outlets.
Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Negotiate with customers and support the expansion of the company\'s distribution network.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market visits.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities.
Follow up on payments and outstanding customer accounts where applicable.
Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets.
Represent the company professionally in the market.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in FMCG sales and marketing is required.
Strong knowledge of the retail and FMCG market.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and conduct regular field visits.
A valid driving licence is an added advantage.
