Manage and process sales orders on ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely invoice generation.
Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery.
Provide timely and effective responses to customer and distributor inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Maintain strong relationships with key distributors (KDs) to support business growth and retention.
Resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoicing, deliveries, and inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.
Support sales operations by tracking order status, sales performance, and distribution activities.
Prepare analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Plan and coordinate SKU distribution across warehouses nationwide to ensure optimal stock levels.
Support promotional activities, including incentive processing, promo invoice preparation, and distributor programs.
Maintain accurate documentation for customers, distributors, and transactions.
REQUIREMENTS
HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
1 - 2 years previous experience in customer service Operations preferably in an FMCG environment.
Must be conversant with the use of Microsoft suite especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
Good analytical skills.
