Sales Operations Manager at BUA Foods

Objective

Drive operational excellence by optimizing sales planning, order fulfillment, forecasting, and cross-functional collabora- tion. The role will support the sales team, improve customer service, and ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, Production, and Supply Chain to achieve business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities


Lead Sales Operations to ensure efficient execution of the company's commercial objectives.
Coordinate demand planning, sales forecasting, and inventory availability with Production and Supply Chain.
Drive customer acquisition and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Improve product availability, distribution, and in-market execution.
Ensure compliance with sales policies, pricing guidelines, and commercial governance.
Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, and reporting.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, business opportunities, and operational improvement initiatives.
Operational support to the field sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Develop and monitor sales dashboards, KPIs, and business performance reports.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Manage the order-to-delivery process by working closely with Customer Service and Order Management teams.


Qualification / Experience


B.Sc. Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 8-12 years' experience in Sales Opera- tions, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, or Sales Administration within the FMCG industry.
