Job Summary
The Sales Operations Manager shall primarily be responsible for driving revenue growth for the organization alongside managing the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, pipeline management, and budgeting processes.
Supervise to ensure that the sales team attends to the inbound and outbound leads from walk-ins, calls, digital platforms, and referrals with professionalism and promptness.
Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Work closely with sales team to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
Train and monitor the sales team on lead conversion techniques, services, ethical selling, and client communication.
Represent the wellness center at exhibitions, events, and outreach programs.
Design and sell wellness memberships, therapy packages, and long-term programs.
Assist in designing attractive pricing, bundles, and offers.
Track renewals, upgrades, and retention of existing clients.
Handle operational issues and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Connect with the walk-in clients and convert into sales and loyal customers.
Maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.
Collect and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.
Manage daily operations of the wellness center.
Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures for operations, client handling and sales work flow.

Requirements / Qualification
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, related discipline or equivalent in training and experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Product Management or other similar background. Experience in thehospitality industry would be an added advantage.
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff to achieve sales and service goals.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and upper management.
Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, daily operations, and merchandising standards.
Ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction to clients.
Self-starter capable of balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must be comfortable working on weekends.
Proximity to the company location (Victoria Island) will be considered.
