Sales & Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence across our network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily operations across all pharmacy branches.
Drive branch sales performance and achievement of monthly targets.
Prepare and manage staff duty rotas and branch staffing plans.
Coordinate branch stock transfers and monitor implementation of pricing.
Conduct routine branch visits to ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer service standards.
Monitor staff productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
Coordinate branch promotions, activations, and sales campaigns.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.
Investigate and resolve operational challenges, escalating complex matters to the Chief Pharma where necessary.
Work closely with the Chief Pharma to implement operational policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years' experience managing multi-branch retail operations, preferably in the pharmacy, healthcare, FMCG, or retail sector.
Demonstrated experience in sales management, team leadership, and operations management.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/POS systems. the position you are applying for.
