Job Overview
As a Sales and Marketing Representative you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing plans and developing sales strategies in order to onboard new stores, Distributors and Pharmacies.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensuring the company meets the sales targets
Negotiating the deals with the clients.
Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
Conceptualizing strategies to market products, generate sales conversions and deliver a superior customer experience.
Participating in product development and go-to-market processes.
Identifying new sales and marketing channels and technologies as well as finding the best solutions to promote the business.
Job Requirement
Must have knowledge in modern trade
Must have proven work experience in Sales and Marketing or a similar position in the Sales Department.
Must demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics.
Must be a result-driven and organized individual.
Must understand commercial trends and marketing strategies.
Must have good oral and written communication skills.
Must have good negotiation and sales skills.
Must be mobile.
