Job Description
Our client is looking for sales professionals who can take ownership of a territory, grow our customer base, and consistently meet sales targets.
Depending on your assigned territory, you'll either manage a fixed route (TSR), work directly within a high-traffic market (OMSR), or sell from a mobile van across multiple neighborhoods (VSR):
Territory Sales Rep (TSR) - : Alapere & Ketu environs
Open Market Sales Rep (OMSR) - : Mile 12 Market
Van Sales Rep (VSR) - Alapere, Mende, Ketu, Oworoshonki, Shangisha, Ojota
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within your territory
Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
Ensure full coverage of assigned routes, markets, or territories
Represent RENUZI's products with strong market and product knowledge
Maintain accurate records of sales, customers, and stock movement
Identify new sales opportunities within your territory
Requirements
Minimum SSCE; sales certifications are an advantage
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role (FMCG background strongly preferred).
Strong active listening and customer relationship skills.
Resilience and persistence — comfortable with daily targets and market conditions.
Good knowledge of the Ojota, Ketu, Alapere, Mende, Oworoshonki, Shangisha, or Mile 12 areas (depending on assigned territory).
For VSR roles: valid driver's licence may be required.
