As the Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting advertisement leads and client inquiries into active clients, retaining existing customers, and overseeing sales performance across various branches. You are expected to consistently deliver strong sales outcomes, uphold excellent customer service standards, and represent the brand professionally.


Key Responsibilities


Convert advertisement leads, inquiries, and referrals into active clients.
Follow up on all leads promptly and keep accurate conversion records.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline to support revenue growth.
Manage relationships with existing clients, handle concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Provide updated information on services, promotions, and new offerings.
Oversee sales activities across branches and ensure sales targets are met.
Work with branch managers to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Prepare concise weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and share insights with management.
Maintain proper documentation of all sales engagements.


Qualifications & Skills


Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (beauty industry advantage).
Proven sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, or wellness is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
Professional, customer-focused, and able to meet strict sales targets.
