Sales Representative- Commissions, Remote

Initial Engagement: 3 Months Remuneration: Commission-based for the first three months, based on successful business generated and services sold. JOB PURPOSE Summit Human Resource & Marketing Group Ltd is seeking motivated, confident and results-oriented Sales Representatives to market and sell our professional business services to companies, organisations, institutions and individuals across Kenya. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, introducing Summit\'s services, generating leads, arranging meetings, preparing sales opportunities and converting prospects into paying clients. This is a nationwide opportunity, and candidates may operate within their preferred counties or regions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development Identify and approach potential business clients within the assigned territory. Develop new business opportunities for Summit. Research companies that may require HR, recruitment, outsourcing, cleaning, property or other business services. Identify decision-makers such as Directors, CEOs, HR Managers, Administrators, Procurement Managers and Operations Managers. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Generate new leads through field visits, telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, referrals and networking. TERRITORIES / REGIONS Recruitment will be considered from all regions of Kenya EDUCATION Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Commerce or a related field is an advantage. Relevant sales experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
