Job Summary


The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving the sale of eSIM products and mobile services, converting prospects into subscribers, and supporting customers through activation and onboarding.


Key Responsibilities


Promote and sell ntel eSIM products and mobile plans to new and existing customers
Educate customers on eSIM benefits, compatibility, activation process, and usage
Identify prospective customers through calls, referrals, and field marketing activities
Assist customers with eSIM onboarding, activation, and basic troubleshooting
Convert leads to active subscribers and follow up to ensure successful activation
Support existing customers with renewals, upgrades, and plan changes
Accurately record sales activities and customer information in company systems
Meet or exceed assigned sales and activation targets
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary
Stay updated on ntel's products, promotions, and industry developments


Requirements


B.Sc, HND, or OND in any discipline.
0 - 2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience
Strong interest in technology, smartphones, and digital products
Good understanding of mobile devices (Android and iOS); eSIM knowledge is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Customer-oriented with a persuasive and results-driven mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
