Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell motorbike spares and accessories to customers and distributors
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Conduct market visits and customer follow-ups
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence
Support collections and account follow-up activities

Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in motorbike spares and accessories sales is mandatory
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-driven, confident, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good understanding of the motorbike spares industry and market dynamics
