Role Objective:
Our client is seeking to recruit a Sales Representative who is proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven. The role involves driving sales, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth within the workshop environment.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales opportunities
Promote and sell workshop products and services to individuals and businesses
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
Meet and exceed set sales targets and performance goals
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction
Follow up on leads and convert them into actual sales
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
Support marketing activities, promotions, and product awareness campaigns
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Assist in stock feedback by reporting customer demand and product performance
Ensure proper display and presentation of products where applicable
Perform any other sales-related duties as assigned
Job Specifications and Qualifications:
Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of two (2) years Previous experience in sales (workshop or technical environment is an added advantage)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
