Sales Representative

Location: Akute, Ogun Job Summary We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our fashion house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining attractive product displays, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience while representing the brand professionally. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Assist customers in selecting clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, and other fashion items based on their preferences. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom. Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and display racks. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally. Promote new arrivals, discounts, and ongoing promotional offers. Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged inventory to the supervisor. Assist with stock receiving, tagging, pricing, and inventory counts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Stay updated on current fashion trends, products, and styling tips. Adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of monthly sales targets Customer satisfaction and feedback Product knowledge and upselling performance Accuracy in cash handling and transactions Store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards Attendance and punctuality. Requirements Minimum of SSCE/WAEC; OND or higher qualification is an added advantage. 1 - 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a fashion retail store or boutique. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling. Well-groomed, fashionable, and professional appearance. Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
