Sales Representative - Ogba

Requirements Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. from a recognized institution. Must be computer literate. Must be friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to attend to customers professionally. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain a neat and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly, attend to enquires, recommend suitable products, and ensure excellent customer experience. Arrange gifts, hampers, groceries, and other products attractively. Ensure shelves are properly stocked and price-tagged. Mointer stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, report shortages, and prevent stock losses. Handle customer orders and coordinate deliveries. Maintain a clean, attractive, organised and professional store environment. Submit daily sales reports, payment records, customer feedback and stock updates. Demonstrate honesty, punctuality, excellent communiction and proper handling of company products and rescources. KEY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATION Achieve sales targets, maintain accurate inventory, deliver excellent customer service, attract new customers and contribute to the prifitability and growth of the Ogba branch.
