Currently, we have an urgent need for the following position:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product knowledge: Must have a conversant knowledge and understanding of the features, uses, and benefits of the business products. (Phone Accessories, Electrical Products, Home Appliances - Electronics, Mobile Phones and SOLAR PRODUCTS)
Resolving customer complaints and concerns; Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts.
Contribute in meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas of IBADAN Branches
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Regularly reach out to potential customers
REQUIREMENTS
HND/B.Sc/OND/NCE in relevant and related field.
Minimum 4 years plus of sales/marketing and Store keeping/Warehouse experience.
Experience with mobile phones, accessories, Solar and electronics technology.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills
Products knowledge.

Good organizational and time management skills.
